From Iran to Canada in 2011, Mazyar Yahyapour embarked on a transformative journey fueled by determination and vision. Today, as CEO and President of Tochal Development Group, he stands as a prominent real estate developer and investor, translating a strong Civil Engineering background and a family legacy in construction into impactful projects across North America. His portfolio includes leading large-scale Canadian commercial developments and strategic investments in high-yield US properties.

At the helm of Tochal Development Group, Mazyar applies his expertise in corporate strategy and investment to build not just structures, but communities. A prime example is the significant Continuing Care Retirement Community(CCRC) currently under development process in Winnipeg, Manitoba—a project born from his commitment to enhancing seniors’ lives and contributing positively to the urban landscape.

Mazyar’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to finance, where his passion for creative solutions is leading to the launch of his own private equity fund. Through this venture, he aims to mentor and support the next generation of entrepreneurs.
